1General Provisions & Acceptance

By accessing the tkpk2 website and using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to the Bangladesh market and are written in Bengali.

tkpk2 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots, table games, and sports betting. It is your responsibility to read this document in full before using our services.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on tkpk2, users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. tkpk2 reserves the right to close any account created with false or incomplete information at any time.

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each user may open only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity related to your account must be reported to tkpk2 immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

tkpk2 may request relevant documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. This is a necessary step for financial security and fraud prevention.

3Age Requirement & Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the tkpk2 platform. If a minor opens an account, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

tkpk2 takes the protection of minors very seriously. In cases of doubt, a copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits on tkpk2 must be made using the designated payment methods. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• It may take some time for deposited funds to appear in your casino account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• If account verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• Funds linked to a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraud is suspected.

5Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Importantly, the wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Withdrawing the original deposit before the bonus wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• tkpk2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the account may be cancelled.
• Each bonus may carry its own separate terms — read them carefully before accepting an offer.

5.3 VIP Program

tkpk2's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on playing activity and behavior. Specific benefits and terms apply to each tier.

6Gaming Rules

All games offered on tkpk2 are operated fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play.

6.1 Finality of Results

The result of each game is considered final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, tkpk2 reserves the right to settle based on the valid result up to the point of the fault.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers a variety of markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. Bet outcomes depend on the official results from the relevant sports authority. tkpk2 reserves the right to change odds at any time.

• A confirmation message will be sent from the system when a bet is accepted.
• A bet is not considered valid until confirmation is received.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk2 platform and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing or manipulating bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using automated software or bots to play games.
• Exploiting any system error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or cooperation with other players.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior.

8Account Suspension & Cancellation

tkpk2 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of a breach of terms.
• Inconsistencies or false information in account details.
• Suspected security risk or fraud.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Users will generally be notified before account cancellation and given the opportunity to explain their position. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be cancelled without prior notice.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.
